WIDC Story & Leadership program
Part 1: Hosted at the Sandman Hotel City Centre, Vancouver, director participants developed their fiction feature film and web series projects through intensive script analysis and workshopping their scripts with an ensemble of ACTRA actors from across Canada.
Part 2: Presented in collaboration with the Whistler Film Festival, during this Industry Immersion, in addition to closed door sessions with industry experts, participants were provided festival passes to attend festival summit activities, screenings and one to one meetings.
Part 3: Story Polish, participants were offered an opportunity to polish a promotional one-page, receive script notes or feedback on their story treatment.
Part 4: Follow up, participants were offered a 3-month tailored follow up to advance their careers and projects.
