Hosted at The Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity, this WIDC program session included a 5-day Story Incubation Module in the fall of 2008, followed by 5 weeks of story editing, culminating in a 3-week Production Module in January 2009. Through workshops, hands-on production and post, directors developed their original fiction scripts and workshopped them with professional (ACTRA) actors; (DGC and IATSE) crew; volunteers (SAIT and ECUAD students doing crew practicums); and supported by Banff Centre staff.
