An immersive online experience for mid-career women and non-binary directors to hone their pitching skills while they zero in on career goals and create strategic plans to move their careers and screen projects forward. Including tailored master classes, roundtables with Industry Guests and six one to one coaching sessions to generate clarity and career momentum.
This program was delivered online including a WIDC-commissioned Equity, Diversity and Inclusion workshop at the start of the program.
