An immersive experience for mid-career women directors to hone their pitching skills while they zero in on career goals and create strategic plans to move their careers and screen projects forward. Following tailored master classes and one to one meetings during the host festivals, each director receives follow up coaching sessions to keep up the momentum generated during the face to face intensive.
Prompted by the global COVID-19 pandemic, WIDC Pivoted online in Fall 2020. WIDC also commissioned a new Equity, Diversity and Inclusion workshop to start every WIDC program.
