Master classes, one to one meetings, panels over the course of the week during the host film festival and followed by 3 one-hour individual coaching sessions, 12 mid-career women screen directors (four for each sessions) were pre-selected to attend one of Canada’s three international women’s film festivals to attend the WIDC Career Advancement Module.
