WIDC Story & Leadership program
Part 1: Hosted via Zoom (online), director participants developed their fiction feature film, television and web series projects through intensive script analysis and workshopping their scripts with an ensemble of ACTRA actors and cinematographers from across Canada.
Part 2: Presented in collaboration with the Whistler Film Festival (WFF), during this Industry Immersion, in addition to closed door sessions with industry experts, participants were provided digital festival passes to attend online portion of festival summit activities, screenings and more than 79 one to one meetings with WFF Industry Guests.
Part 3: Story Polish, participants offered an opportunity to polish a promotional one-page, receive script notes or feedback on their story treatment.
Part 4: Follow up, participants offered a 3-month tailored follow up to advance their careers and projects.
