Michelle Muldoon is a dual national citizen (Canada and the UK) Writer/Director and Filmmaker. She has written and directed six short form projects including Last Stand to Nowhere (2019), which garnered six awards during an international festival run that included the Almeria Western Film Festival in Spain, the home of the Sergio Leone classic Dollars Trilogy. The film also exhibited for two months in the Museum of the Southwest in Texas.
Michelle has produced the independent feature film Puppet Killer, which was released in 2019 and is currently an associate producer on 13 Miles, a feature film slated to finish post production in 2021.
As a Board Member of Women in Film and Television Vancouver, Michelle created the Vancouver International Women in Film Festival Screenplay Competition, as well as created and taught an Introductory Screenwriting Workshop for Raindance Vancouver, a chapter of the Raindance Film Festival.
In 2020, Michelle Muldoon was one of eight Canadian women selected to attend the Women in the Director’s Chair (WIDC) Story and Leadership Program and the Whistler Film Festival WIDC Industry Immersion.
Michelle’s storytelling is inspired by childhood memories of watching film and television with her father on snowy cold Canadian Sundays.
