Geraldine Carr has a passion for story, cinema and the creative process. Transferring her experience in theatre, and as long-time a casting director in Alberta, Geraldine graduated from the Film Production Program at Confederation College. In 2015, Geraldine screened her short film Maud Mary & the Titanic in Ankara, Turkey at the 18th Flying Broom International Women’s Film Festival. Her short films have toured festivals around the world.
In 2016, she attended the Women In the Director’s Chair Career Advancement Module in Toronto, and was a director participant in the 2010 Women In the Director’s Chair intensive in Banff. She is in development on a dramatic feature film, Ballads In Passing exploring the comforting power of music at life’s critical moments.
