Colina Phillips is a recording artist and filmmaker who became involved in Toronto’s music scene in her teens and has continued into a successful music career. Making Change, her directorial debut screened at the Toronto International Film Festival. It was accepted at FESPACO in Burkina Faso, the Atlanta Film Festival and appeared on the W Network (formerly Women’s Television Network). Philips’ other video work has appeared on BRAVO. Currently Phillips is working on a documentary project.
