Arlene Hazzan Green is an Emmy award-winning television director and writer. She is a graduate of the Canadian Film Centre, the Ontario College of Art, and Women In the Director’s Chair 2005 in Banff.
While she continues to work as a freelancer, in 2009, Arlene co-founded with husband Marc Green, The Backyard Urban Farm Company, an award-winning, organic vegetable landscaping business that builds, installs, plants and maintains edible gardens in homes, schools and businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.
